Good evening, my loves!
Hope everyone is doing well and had a wonderful Memorial weekend! I know I have been M.I.A. lately; I have been catching up on some rest. I don't live in the city, and I commute every day for work. Thank goodness for Marta, right? Wrong! Lately, I have a love/hate relationship with the Marta train station, with delays and some crazy people on there, but I can't complain because it does save me a little bit of gas money.
So, is it me or is 2018 going by super fast? It's almost June! Holy cow! I guess it really is summer, huh? It doesn't feel like it because of the yucky weather outside, but anyways, this week's outfit is inspired by neutral colors and sunset (golden hour). If anyone were to ask me what's my favorite go-to look, this would probably be it. I love wearing neutral colors, and I think this dress from BCBG Generation is perfect for the summer! I got it from Nordstrom Rack on clearance. The draping detail near the bottom is my favorite part of this dress; it makes a plain dress spiced up. I kept this look simple, but you can 'jewelry it up' and make it look more dressy. The cut around the neck is super low, so I wear a bralette underneath, and I think it's super pretty when the lace peaks out a little (very romantic, sexy). Also, I love wearing this look with beachy/bronzy makeup and lots of blush!
